Summary
The Support Staff (also known as Direct Care Staff) are individuals whom are responsible for providing active direct care, treatment, rehabilitation, and/or habilitation to the clients. Support staff assist in the daily operational needs of the facility; as well as assists in executing the daily tasks and duties required to provide the highest level of client care. Support Staff are responsible for the support and supervision of clients while in the treatment program. Support staff will also support the needs of clinical and operations staff as needed. The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines.
