Deerhaven Gardens is a privately-owned, luxury women’s treatment center focusing on helping clients heal from alcohol addiction. Our facility offers a cutting-edge, alternative approach to rehabilitation using a medication assisted treatment plan paired with a complete mind, body, and spiritual transformation. Deerhaven Gardens is in the city of Asheville on a gorgeous mountain side with trails for hiking, waterfalls, lush landscaping, and a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the mountains of Western North Carolina. We are looking for hospitality-focused individuals who enjoy helping others and serving as a guide throughout the recovery process. To provide the best care possible–this position will require patience, positivity, and extreme attention to detail. A ‘can-do’ attitude is essential for any candidate who applies and working well in a team environment is crucial for success in this role. Flexibility, adaptiveness, and the ability to work autonomously will also be imperative skills to have as the day-to-day responsibilities will vary greatly. Individuals with experience working in upscale/luxury hotels, retreat centers, or high-end restaurants and those who legitimately enjoy the service industry—we are looking for you! Summary:
The Direct Support Staff are individuals who are responsible for providing active direct care, support, supervision, and personalized service to the clients. Support staff assist in the daily operational needs of the facility; as well as, assisting in executing the daily tasks and duties required to provide the highest level of client care. They will also support the needs of the clinical and operational staff as needed. The focus of this position is building and maintaining professional relationships and doing so within established guidelines. A successful direct support staff professional must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others–including the company, its management team, colleagues, and most importantly—the clients.
