The Therapist is part of the Clinical Services and follows the clients’ progress from a therapeutic standpoint from admittance to discharge, while keeping the Clinical and Facility Directors informed on any issues/problems with any clients. The focus of this position is friendly, congenial and outgoing communication skills with emphasis on interacting with individuals at all levels in an organization comfortably. This role requires a very empathetic communicator, someone who is able to reach and stimulate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and interests. This position requires involvement with some repetitive work, particularly repeat and long-term contact and communication with people.
